Each school year we assess the students in the fall so that we can set a baseline for each student. Then throughout the year we build on those results so in the spring when we assess for the second time we hope to see every student improve from their fall results. We assess the components of “fitness for health” which are:
1. Cardiovascular
2. Muscular strength
3. Muscular endurance
4. Flexibility
5. Agility

I love the layout and feel of this site. Well done. Looks like it’s got room for everything you could want to put up here. I’m going to do some exploration of my own to see more features and how useful others might find it.
